Fawad began his career at EDS, a US multinational technology consultancy company. He then moved on to join The Random House Group (the world’s largest publisher) where he spent 5 years.
In 2016 he joined the Chalhoub Group in Dubai which is the region’s largest luxury retailer with over 100 brands/JVs. Leading the Operations and Technology divisions, Fawad headed up the technology transformation for the organization with Chalhoub Group becoming a renowned name in the world of Cloud Computing. He was also a member of the Digital Transformation Corporate Board, advising on the trends and technologies that play a part in modern-day transformations.
Fawad joined the AZAQ Group in 2020 and has since been leading the group-wide Information Technology practice as well as the technology transformation the group is undergoing.Fawad recently joined the board of Kalaam Telecom where he will lead digital transformation and introduce the latest technology trends for the telecommunications industry.
