  • Retal Urban Development and Assayel Arabia signs an agreement with Nobu
  • Kalaam Telecom acquires Kuwaiti ISP leader Zajil Telecom
  • National Marketing Company signs Agency Agreement with KIA Motors for the Northern, Western and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia
  • RSA ME merged into National Life and General Insurance of Oman.

2022

  • Starlinks Global was formed.
  • Starlinks corporations Logistics Services LLC was established.
  • AQT was established
  • Anfal was established

2023

  • AQESA was rebranded to Evostel

2024

  • The identity of Teco Middle East Factory Company has been renewed to become Middle East Electrical Motors Factory Company (MEEM).

2025

  • Saudi Chainlink was rebranded to Asyaj

2026

  • The establishment of Asnad, a professional and corporate services company under Ali Zaid Al Quraishi & Brothers Company. Asnad serves as the parent entity for all corporate service functions, delivering an integrated and scalable suite of services.
